Since you pay interest on the principal amount that you owe on your loan, getting the original amount down will mean there is less interest as the months and years go by. This can lead to big savings.

I also agree with the answer you were given. Save your 401k. When you retire, you'll really appreciate that you hung onto it.

I propose not to wait until you get enough cash to buy different goods! You should just get the mortgage loans or just college loan and feel fine

I think the best way to pay off home is to increase the repayment schedule, or else, make more frequent payments.

this is a best way to save money for future and i agree of this advice. most of people can't save money who have to read this article and save some % of income its a good habit.

Since prices change so frequently (especially now with inflation picking up) and they also differ depending on where you live, it's hard for us to publish a "buy" price that will work for everyone. We have people visiting our web site from other countries too, and their prices are even more different.

What we suggest is creating your own price tracking book of prices from your local ads - if you regularly record prices from the ads on the items you regularly buy, you'll eventually know, without a doubt, what a great deal is in your area.

Will you be displaying the good deals that you find at your once-a-month shopping, prices, etc? Also, do you have a list of what you consider "stock-up prices" like you list in your book on toilet paper ($.20), etc?
